Convienient
My stay was very nice. We made do under the circumstances. I asked for a room with 2 beds. When I got there, the hotel couldn't honor it. I was traveling with 3 other people in my family. That was very disappointing no having assurance of what I asked for. The front desk supervisor appeared to be annoyed that I was insistant on explaining my case. She ultimately became dismissive and unconcerned. If this had not have happened, I would possibly rate this hotel all 5's.

Rude Night Front Desk - Brandon/Branden-Fire ASAP
Steer clear of this hotel, unless they have made significant staff changes to their non-day time desk staff. Had two incidents that really soured the trip within 12 hours of check in and the source was the front desk clerk Brandon/Branden or whatever he calls herself. My dad got stuck in their bathroom when a sliding door fell off the hinges and jammed at 3am. My mom called down and asked for help and found out to the surprise that NO ONE could help until 7am when the morning staff came in. Then Brandon hung up on my mom. Following morning my wife called downstairs to get help with the unacceptable water pressure in the shower as she was trying to give the baby a bath in a handicap shower with no tub??? (a room we did not request or know we were being put in) Brandon answered and said to call back?!?!? Customer service much? I was very disappointed and went to go speak with Brandon in the lobby and found my mom there too. At this time finding out he hung up on her in an emergency situation. I asked him if this was true and he continued to argue and raise his voice in front of a busy lobby? I had to identify the engineer on staff myself and ask for assistance, which Luis, the only good person there was more than willing to help, but was somehow clueless? Brandon was trying to defer until his shift ended. day staff was great but Brandon needs to be removed as I'm sure IHG doesn't support this severe lack of customer service, especially when it comes to emergencies like this
