Unsatisfied Stay and Comfortability of Hotel
To be honest, not what I was expecting from Hyatt and the price we paid. Hotel wasn't comparable to our stay at the Hyatt located at LAX airport. While our stay at Hyatt Union Square, we noticed an empty bottle of Jack Daniel behind one of the decor walls. Both my boyfriend and I don't drink Jack Daniels so I'm sure it's the people who stayed in this room prior left it and the housekeeping did a bad job in checking all sides/corners. We ordered room service on our first night there, it never showed. We called housekeeping to get our room clean the second day, it never came so we were upset coming back to a messy room. On our last night of stay, I order two single scoops of ice cream and a black and white cake, but they brought us 3 scoops of ice cream and charged us for 3 scoops. We had trouble finishing it because it wasn't that amazing. The cake from room service was rough and grainy in texture as well. Furthermore, the head of the bed frame has these Velcro straps on it, not sure for what reason so it didn't look very clean cut or doesn't belong. Overall, not that please with our stay.

Disappointing stay
Broken shower hardware, malfunctioning frig., sound of flushing toilets from other rooms, no housekeeping service one day, error in billing, an unusually bad experience compared with past stays.

Dissatisfying stay
The accessible bathroom had a broken shower seat with one of the supports removed and the other sticking out about 15” making for a hazardous shower experience. Two visits by staff attached it to the wall with Velcro tape. Had to ask for a frig. and a clock for the room. Frig. Froze water bottles rock solid on lowest frig. setting. Leg of left Bedside table loose.Room was not serviced on the second night, 12/16. Sounds of Toilet(s) flushing in other room(s) heard throughout stay. Very disappointing stay. Enough said??
