Location is wonderful - a very quick walk from the Earl’s Court tube stop, which was much appreciated during the chilly December weather. Also, Earl’s Court is on the Piccadilly line, which serves Heathrow airport so transportation is easy for travelers and an elevator at the station makes it convenient if you have luggage. There are lots of restaurants and stores along nearby Earl’s Court Road, many of which are open late so you don’t need to go far for anything you need. Our room was exactly as pictured, the bedding was comfortable and warm, the WiFi fast and reliable, and the complimentary snacks/drinks in the minibar and a smartphone to use are nice touches. The staff were all friendly and helpful as well. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and would happily stay here again!

Very Good8.0
Friendly stay with good location and amenities
My husband and I stayed at the Indigo recently for 8 nights. Positives: very friendly staff, good wifi, good location (nearby pubs, fast food, tube stop -but quiet area), large room, great amenities (free phone provided for data and calls, free mini bar restocked daily), good breakfast. Negatives: hard bed and pillows ** our mini bar wasn't restocked daily even when we reminded ** the entry to our room (which was below ground level) and the hallway leading to it had a very funky odor ** this particular room had a lot of noise from above as well ** when the breakfast area was busy our coffee sometimes showed up at the end of the meal or not at all before we had to leave. The entire staff was extremely friendly. After the first night we requested something to soften our mattress, and the request was taken care of immediately. Overall, we were pleased with our stay...besides the strange smell near our room...and would recommend the Indigo.
