Friendly staff, great location and neighborhood
The regular Double room was a little too small for us (we had large suitcases that wouldn't fit in the room otherwise), but the staff was kind enough to let us stay in a "Comfort Double" for an extra 1000 yen a night. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was always very helpful and polite. The best part is that you're located near two subway stations, the Ningyocho station and the Suitengu-mae station, which we took advantage of by going to Tsukiji Fish Market almost every day! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, so we slept pretty well each night. The hotel is also located near a lot of restaurants and convenience stores, so you're able to get food at any time of the night! We would definitely stay here again.

small room, but great experience
Location was great, close to airport shuttle service, restaurants, metro, and convenience marts. Service was friendly but room was terribly small even by Japanese standards. There were two of us, and barely enough room for our luggage.

Ningyocho-a gem
Business hotels in Japan are very convenient but small. The use of available space is remarkable, and for one person that is highly organized and doesn't bring loads of luggage, perfectly functional. Don't consider it if you are two or more sharing space. The neighborhood was charming and safe, plus convenient to transportation. I liked that breakfast was available at a very reasonable price (although I would have liked more variety, as the offering was the same every day plus no Japanese food). The staff was very helpful, and even with their mostly limited English, they made themselves understood. The translations were obviously done by non-professionals, either using dictionaries or Google Translate, thus they were hilarious. But for a professional translator like me, and in a business environment, unacceptable. That type of thing could cause enormous trouble, especially in an emergency. I did write in their evaluation that they need to become more proficient for the upcoming Olympics in 2020. That said, I would stay with them again in an instant.
