The room was lovely and more than I could have asked for. I would absolutely recommend a stay here to other travelers. The pool was wonderful, although none of the umbrellas had working pins to put them up. No matter, there were plenty of sticks around.

We had a great stay at the Condado Lagoon Waterfront Escape! The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions that made getting in simple. The AC worked great, which was a huge plus after spending time in the Puerto Rico heat. The washer and dryer were convenient and worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This place was breath taking the view was amazing , the ac was on point everything was just perfect. Just one thing I’ll say is that they are not a regular hotel where you can get a change of towel , beach towels or new bed covers. I did not read the details , unfortunately we had same towels for the 7 days we where there. There was sand everywhere because of course it’s an island , we managed to clean it . But other than that our stay was amazing we sleep in no noice very comfortable bed , pillows I love it . My birthday was great in Puerto Rico . 5 min away driving from old San Juan and beach

The property was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip: restaurants and grocery store close by and easy to get to Old San Juan, TMobile District central San Juan and La Placita. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in early for a small fee; very much appreciated after a red eye flight. There were a few minor issues. While I can't necessarily fault the property management for these, it was a minor irritation that the DirecTV never worked and the internet stopped working after the second day. We had to use my hot spot for the rest of our trip. I can't really call the gym a gym; it was just a small room with exercise equipment so if that's important to you then this would not be a good fit. The pool area was just OK and the jacuzzi jets were not working, but not a major deal as we were out and about most of the time. Despite a few minor issues, it was a good experience overall.

Bueno el servicio Se puede mejor el área de la oficina la limpieza la cual realizamos nosotros con los equipos disponibles en el área como por ejemplo limpiamos la piscina … La sombrilla no tiene el perno de dejarla abierta . Nosotros buscamos la forma para mantener la sombrilla abierta . Estás pequeñas cosas pueden ayudar a mejor la las estadías a sus clientes( huéspedes) .
