Émincé Hotel… great place to stay !
If location is key, then this is the place for all as it is a 1 minute walk from Perseren square and the three bridges to the old town. Hotel room was comfortable and clean and while we had some issues with faulty lightbulbs, the hotel receptor ( Mario Peranovic) was very helpful and courteous with his prompt assistance. Would go back there without any hesitation.

Convenient, clean, and friendly Emonec Hotel
Centrally located in the heart of Ljubljana, the Emonec Hotel gives you walking access to anywhere that you might want to go in the city centre. The hotel and rooms themselves are off of main street, but they're actually all accessed through a courtyard, making it nice and quiet. The ladies at check-in were friendly and helpful. Our room itself was massive, with two single beds (pushed together to form a double) in the first room, then two single beds and a dining table in a secondary bedroom. Lots of cupboard space. The bathroom was of a good size and meticulously clean. The only thing that I really wanted was a little refrigerator, which could easily be tucked inside one of the cabinets. My husband also pointed out that there were no paintings or wall decor whatsoever, but my understanding is the the hotel is undergoing renovation. A reasonable price for a last-minute room, especially considering the location. I would stay here again, especially if they add refrigerators.

Spotlessly clean bathroom -- including a deep tub.
The second room with two twin beds and a dining table. We never used it, but thought it was nice.

The bed was comfortable and the price was value for money. The bathroom was very bad, really small, shower was terrible, drainage in the shower was awful. The reception staff were not very helpful. Its a cheap and cheerful hotel, but i wouldnt expect too much! It is located in a very good locarion in the Old Town!
