World Class Hotel
This hotel is absolutely amazing! The cleanliness was superb, the access to transportation was great (everything is literally across the street), and the staff and the customer service they provided were world class! Rudith (hope I spelled that right) explained everything in detail at check in, answered all of our follow up questions, and they all gave specific directions for getting to the tram and the train and where to walk from our stops. We had a slight issue with the shower and someone came up that night but was unable to fix it; however, it was fixed the next morning. The laundry room was clean and the machines were efficient. And to top it off, they even decorated the room for my birthday! Our bags didn't arrive on time and we had them delivered to the hotel. The staff was great in making suggestions for shopping and keeping us updated on the status of our bags. We only ate breakfast once at the restaurant downstairs but it was good as well. Only a few tv channels worked but there's so much to see, who really needs tv?! Great views outside. Super quiet hallways. 5 star customer service, 5 star facility, 5 star stay. I will DEFINITELY be staying here when I return to Amsterdam.

Good stay
Overall I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and equipped with a fully functional kitchen. My only complain will be housekeeping. One of the pillow cases was dirty and cooking utensils were not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. There were also hairs found on the bathroom walls. Nothing major, but would love to see improvement. There seems to be construction going on nearby. I got woken up by noises around 7:30am but weekend was rather quiet.

We’ve stayed here twice. It’s convenient to Amsterdam and the airport, while being away from the bustle of central Amsterdam.

Best hotel in Amsterdam
As most flights arrive early it is tough to find a hotel so accommodating. I checked in at 5am and was able to rest up for a busy day, so convenient being next to the train station, I love it and it’s my second time there.

Great Hotel with Parking
Great Apartment hotel. Kitchen was well appointed and all the accessories like can openers and paper towel were present. The room itself was spacious and was surprisingly quiet. I was able to get to the city center pretty easily and since they had a parking garage, it was nice to park my car for a few days while I explored on foot.
