Very disappointed
We stayed in a 2 bedroom. The bathroom walls had holes and marks on them. Bathroom tap was broken and moved around It looked like it had been broken for a while. There were marks on walls and doors in the room. The dining chairs had bad stains on them.The rooms were very cold. Internet was poor and didnt work in rooms.Very depressing. Would not stay again. This was very disappointing and the hotel needs to make more of an effort.

Disappointing stay
Stayed for two nights disappointing that we were not informed about ongoing renovation works to improve hotel which resulted in banging and hammering at 730 in morning. Also disappointed that we were not informed that the building next door was being completely renovated resulting in drilling hammering and other loud noises at 7/7.30 am

Our stay was dreadful. We left after one night because the place was so run down, so noisey (not at all a good place for a family to stay) but the worst part was the 11 floor drop from the kids bedroom. This to me is a major health and safety risk. I don’t know anyone with a 4 year old that would feel comfortable with their kids staying in this room. Such a let down to the mecure brand. Have sent feedback but not heard back at this point.

Very convenient to bus transport and shops and cafes. . Airport bus a couple of minutes walk away. Helpful staff. A perfect hotel for a short stay. Renovations happening during our visit. Luckily we were up early so noise didn’t bother us. No hairdryer in the room and was told cannot give us one as none available. Light switches by bed not connected . I’m assuming due to renovations not quite completed in the room. No three point plug near bench to plug in electric kettle so had to have kettle on floor to boil the water.
