Too small for comfort
Although this hotel is in an excellent location, it is bare bones. Our room was barely adequate for two with hardly any space for the suitcases; the breakfast is expensive, and there isn't even a place to sit down in the lobby. There was a fire alarm while we were there and it turns out the so-called emergency exit is a ladder going down the side of the building. (The alarm was a false one but the prospect of climbing down a ladder was a bit scary.) We wouldn't recommend this place: It's one step above a "capsule" hotel.

Small, OK, but nothing special
It was fine. Very small but was already warned by other reviews. Location is great. Room was clean but nothing special. Staff gave us the wrong direction for our dinner reservation.

Small room great location very clean nice staff
Located on a main street a short walk from Shibuya crossing this spot has a very secure lobby and great staff that can speak several languages. The bed was basic but good. The pillows where flat and I needed two. Bathroom was cramped but workable once one figured out the systems. Room was the smallest I've bin in outside of a cruise ship!!! But it was perfect for what I needed. Very clean. Would stay there again any time.

Conventient and Clean hotel
Stayed here two nights to run my errands in Shibuya. My most notable memory is the hot water...the showers performed great. The room was comfortable and I slept well. There is only one. slow elevator.
