Simple, quiet, no frills
This is a nice, simple place away from the busy part of Bangkok. The place is a little difficult to find on your own. Quiet, no frills place. Beds are really firm! Price point is about right.

Good situation for the price. Long walk to BTS. Quiet with few residents. Housekeeping came once in 5 days at our request or would of been not at all.

Modern building near BTS
I stayed here over several months for business, as it was convenient to my office. Overall I was very pleased. The staff are all very warm and welcoming and eager to help. The building itself was only built a few years ago, so it is new and very nice. Rooms have a fridge, microwave and sink which is great, although if you are there short-term note that it does not include dishware - i purchased that myself. the neighborhood, aside from the barking dogs, is quiet although for some people the hotel may be a bit of a walk from Sukhumvit. I did not find this too much of an issue. Cons: the gym has apparently been under "renovation" for a year or more. it never opened the entire time i was there. also one hotel site online showed a pool on the roof. that pool actually belongs to the top floor room in which someone is staying, and the actual pool is crammed under the building very awkwardly. BEDS ARE SO BAD. you can feel springs poking out. i would recommend getting extra blankets and piling them up to make it softer. Overall would definitely recommend this excellent and budget-friendly hotel.

Thankfully only had 1 night
Pretty conveniently located if you are traveling out of ekkemai bus station(about a 15 minute walk), staff were friendly but otherwise I would avoid this place......beds tend to be on the firmer side in Thailand which is fine but this place had a box spring for a mattress. There are signs everywhere you look warning you of the fines for things like eating(even though the room had a microwave )and taking photographs and the pool that they advertise is a kiddy pool stuck in a hole in the ground under the hotel, probably measuring 6x8 foot

Not fancy but not bad...
The hotel is very basic. Not too easy to find but worth looking for. The staff are very nice, pleasant and helpful. It has no amenities to speak of. Just a quiet place to sleep with air conditioning. The TV has some english channels. Wifi can be slow. There is a great little coffee place just around the corner called S65. Their wifi is much better.
