5 Stars--Highly recommended.
Perfect location right at Tokyo station. Front desk staff were wonderful. They helped to the post office with some parcels I was sending back home. Best scrambled eggs ever for breakfast! I could go on and on. I LOVE this place.

I'd love to stay there again
my first time to write a hotel review. I love this hotel. Great location- going to Tokyo station in 2 min. Convenience- bus from narita airport to the hotel front door. They have everything you need for your trip. It's a move-in apartment, very clean and organized, providing dishes, cups and glasses, pots, coffee maker, cookware, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. and they do have a western style oven which really surprised me. Service- no doubt, it is Japan, the best service in the world. And the staffs' English is very good, too. Food-only had breakfast there, not recommended if you travel with family. It tastes good but kind of expensive for breakfast buffet. I do like the green tea cupcake though. Out of the hotel there are tons of restaurants and cafes to go. Environment- safe and quiet. Can only access the building if you have the room key (need to call the hotel at the gate when first arrived). And need the room key use the elevator as well.

Premier is premier
Oakwood Premier Tokyo truly is premier. The building and interior style are gorgeous and soothing. The entire place is immaculately clean. It is very quiet in spite of being just a few steps away from Tokyo Station, which is a massive transportation hub with many stores, restaurants and services. Our view was excellent too! The kitchen and washer/dryer amenities were the icing on the cake. This hotel group should spread it's comfort and quality all over the world. The staff, especially, made our stay excellent. Reception, breakfast and check out were seamless and a pleasure. Mr Goto, the evening reception supervisor personally showed us to our room on arrival. We had a lovely experience at this beautiful hotel.
