Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções. O Chuveiro do Banheiro horrível. Deveria ser uma Ducha que não molhasse o cabelo toda vez que fosse tomar banho. Internet funcionou bem.

Tivemos um excelente atendimento, os funcionários são super educados e solícitos. Chegamos no quarto e vimos que tudo era bem antigo, mas ok. Fomos ao banheiro e faltavam alguns itens. Liguei pra recepção e nos trocaram de quarto, colocaram em um melhor. Lá percebi que todos quartos realmente eram antigos, ar condicionado é de tubulação sem possibilidade de qualquer alteração, sofá de tecido com cheiro de mofo, móveis bem antigos. A cama é confortável e a tv é boa. Em relação a limpeza, ela é feita de forma muito superficial. Pisos do banheiro estavam bem amarelados, debaixo da cama estava bem sujo e pra minha surpresa havia uma sandália que havia sido esquecida por outro hóspede, o que indica que sequer olharam sob a cama. O café da manhã é bom.

Agradável. Atendeu as expectativas. Apenas frisar que, apesar das áreas e quartos do hotel ser proibido fumar, os hóspedes vizinhos ao meu quarto fumavam dentro e no hall do quarto. Tive que inalar todo o cheiro e fumo que chegava ao meu quarto. Além do perigo do hóspede adormecer com o cigarro acesso, colocando os demais em risco. A gerência deve enfatizar no acesso aos hóspedes, que é proibido fumar e os riscos.
