An Okay Place
It was okay. The parking convenient but you have to pay for it. The garage is a half level difference from lobby level which makes it a challenge to lift luggage up a half a flight of stairs. Staff is courteous and attentive, but also laid back. The room was reasonably comfortable and decorated. The ceiling over the bed had a large black spot of dust/dirt from vent which made me question the cleanliness of the room although it appeared clean. Was not so impressed with the food selection in the restaurant but it is ok in a pinch.

Were in town for a NJ Devils game. Chose hotel as it is nextdoor to Prudential Center. Neighbourhood is lacking in restaurants and things to do. Hotel is average, neither awesome or bad.

Location, location
We chose this hotel because it is attached via a footbridge to the Prudential Center. The hotel is nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly but the hotel is understaffed. Especially in the restaurant. But if the purpose for your visit is an event in the Prudential Center, you can't beat this hotel for location and quality.

Fine for One Night
There was nothing warm and fuzzy about this hotel. The staff was a bit cold and inattentive, but the room was clean enough and comfortable enough. We only stayed here because we were seeing a concert at the Prudential Center, which is right next door to the hotel.

Disappointed Stay at convenient location
The entire staff was rude and unfriendly. My husband and I came in town to attend a concert, the hotel location was very convenient but no one explained to us how to get to the arena. After the concert mini concert patrons were very hungry or thirsty and I was surprised to find out the restaurant and bar were closed definitely a missed opportunity and one of the reasons why we picked the hotel because they had a restaurant and bar and we wouldn't have to leave the facility after the concert. Very disappointed we travel to Harrison New Jersey very often and this was not a New Jersey attitude situation it had to do with the leadership of the staff.
