We didn’t find where our room was easily and I know it said no front of house but when I tried to ring none answered and the message box was full. I feel also that there is no reason not to include breakfast as everywhere is open now and this is not reflected clearly in the booking. The pot of porridge and biscuits being a poor substitute and you had to help yourself in a laundry cupboard for the second night! Not good service
Nice location but really need to make themselves available to guests if repeat business is wanted and to provide breakfast
