Lovely beachfront Condos. Beware apartment types!
A small development of beachfront condominiums within a short drive of Newport harbour (but not walkable). Private patio/deck with fabulous views and easy access to the beach. Very quiet. Beware! It seems that the condos are individually owned so the photos on the website may not reflect the actual apartment. We were originally allocated room 118 which is a VERY small studio with a wall/storage bed (also called a Murphy bed in the US). This was not shown in any of the online photos and we were not happy with this. Fortunately we were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment (number 127) which was lovely!

All great except!
Property was great, unit was great, view was fantastic, staff friendly. Only problem is beach access was wiped out by winter storm we are assuming and no mention was made of it on any website or advertisement, nor were we told before or after arrival. Had all the great grandbabies with us to enjoy the beach and having to leave the property to enjoy the beach was very inconvenient. Being able to walk to the beach was one of the main reasons we rented this unit.
