Not good hotel
I booked a queen none smoking room, they give me a standard and smoking room. Front desk very mean and take me some time to proof to them what I ordered at hotel.com. Not going to book.this hotel again. overall not good

Great location, small rooms
Reminds me of rooms in NYC. Really small rooms but convenient to transit. Room was clean and the service was good. Seems more suited to business travel but an elevator takes you from the hotel to Abeno-Tennoji train station. Was helpful because it rained during our stay.

Great location and love the breakfast
Across the street from Tennoji station and next to a mall with great shopping and restaurants. Convenient location. Rooms are quite small for regular room. No space to walk when opening my luggage. Breakfast was amazing great selection. I love the French toast and steak cubes. Buy a day earlier for a discount. Overall great value clean room and love the location easy to get to airport and other places.
