Not bad; great for the price
Very accommodating staff, had a girl manning the front desk that had very good English. I don't know if I just got lucky. The capsules do not have individual fans, though and can get quite stuffy. They do have AC for the floor, so if you don't mind leaving the capsule open and sleeping with your head outwards, it's not bad. The location is pretty great, with access to plenty of local shops and the metro.

A fun - and cheap - experience
I had a short stay in Tokyo before moving on and this was the perfect location. Central, clean and hospitable - and not least very cheap. The staff had basic English skills and guided me through this funny experience, what was very different for a non-Japanese like me. Certainly recommendable if you want together closer to the Japanese way + save some money

Shared shower!
It was good, but you have to take shares shower with 2 or 3 at the same time. Or, you wait close to 8 PM to be alone. In the morning, you cannot be alone. So just do it late night!

Older capsule pod
You get what you pay for. We didn't pay much, but got an older capsule pod with clean sheets and strong wifi. The location was within walking distance to Tokyo station and the check in was efficient in the clerks broken English. If you expect luxury, then this is NOT the place, but if you want an inexpensive place to crash near the center of the city, than this a a great deal.

Overall, my stay was what I would expect from a capsule hotel. The capsules, bathrooms, and showers were clean, lockers were big enough for the bag I brought, and staff were friendly. Of course some of the other guests on my floor were loud at times, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. The only complaint I had related to the hotel was that it was quite hot on my floor and in my capsule at times. I went in April, so it wasn’t summer enough to turn on the AC, I’m guessing. Other than that, it was a pretty good, no-frills stay for the money.

Great location and cleaness. It's a very quiet hostel, great for crashing a night in Tokyo.

Last ditch option at that
They say men only and focus on the business man type but don't even offer them hot water access to eat a late night, pre sleep noodles fill-up or night time hot drink to relax. Would not stay at again even if it was free to do so.

Pretty good if you're not tall.
A good capsule hotel but not if you're over 6ft tall! Definitely one of the more cozy capsules with padded sides, with a 24 hr reception you can go out any time with no problem, amd if you're staying more than one night you can use the communal area after the 10am checkout. Larger luggage storage is a bit of a nuisance as that's stored in the communal area, but probably nothing to worry about with the floors having CCTV (although the hotel takes no responsibility if your luggage is stolen). Fairly convenient and walkable to/from Tokyo station.
