Uncomfortable beds
Thought beds were uncomfortable. Had asked for comfortable bed prior to attending, this was not met. Reception was busy and chaotic. We were refused the use of dining room for take away even though restaurant was closed, forcing us to eat Chinese in the smallest of bedrooms.
