    Okay
Not great. The girl in reception was not friendly at all. Our toilet seat was broken in the room. Breakfast came in a box. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful.

Comfy Bed But Not Worth Price
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Was hoping to use the pool since I purposely booked with the pool in mind. They said it was closed due to COVID but several other hotels we walked past had their pools open. Also I like to drink tea in the morning and the breakfast was just a boxed breakfast with a muffin like from my children’s school in a wrapper, piece of fruit, and tiny yoplait yogurt and small concentrate orange juice. When I asked about drinks I was told that was it plus coffee in the room. Can’t handle powdered creamer so was a disappointment. I think for the price of staying here they could make the breakfast a little more appetizing.

    Would recommend
I love small cure places like this. It exceeded our expectations. We found the room SPOTLESS, and the bathroom as well. Plenty of space for two people. Location is just the best, great price. We can't wait to go back.

    Nice surprise
I haven’t stayed there in years but they have really upgraded the property. The front desk people were great as well and they had a nice breakfast. I’ll be back.

    Nice place to stay
We love it here and stay often here. We didn’t care for the dogs left in the rooms all alone. Barking. And this time no hot showers😏

Stylist and Interior Designer Inspired In P-Town
I like this property. The service was great. The location convenient. The look and layout of the room was nice. The only aspect I had a hard time with was that if someone is a heavy walker you’ll certainly hear it!

    Charming Beautiful Motel
The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was decorated very charming. Everything was spotless. The bed was comfortable and linens were soft. Continental breakfast was nice except you had to eat outside and it was CHILLY when we were there. They have corn hole and a nice pool and fire pit on the grounds. It’s about a 1 mile stroll down Commercial Street to get to the restaurants and shopping but that was just fine. It was nice to walk off dinner!

    Fine except for the shower.
Overall the hotel was fine. Very clean with a good bed. The only downside was a tiny bathroom and a small shower that had limited water pressure and hot water.
