Nice place, but don't count on using the shuttle.
Very Nice Place for our 3 nights while visiting DisneyWorld. Breakfast was really nice with plump boysenberries among others for the Mickey Waffle bar. I would like to say that our stay was perfect...except for one thing, but a big thing for DisneyWorld visitors. I booked on the fact that there was a shuttle to the theme park. However, when I checked in, I was dismayed that the shuttle schedule is extremely limited. It leaves at 8:35 (which is fine for the 9am opening and only goes to Epcot (still doable since there are Disney shuttles to the other parks). However, it ONLY picks up at 11:pm and ONLY from Epcot. Epcot closes at 9pm, as does Hollywood Studios...what are you supposed to do for 2 hours. Animal Kingdom closes at 8. A Shuttle driver suggested that I take the shuttle to Disney Springs...it is closer to my hotel and the Uber would be cheaper, which was what I did. The next 2 days, I paid the $25 bucks to park each day. So....the I spent extra to stay here thinking I'd save $75. Didn't happen, but really nice stay

Great place to stay with grandkids for a visit to Disney, free breakfast is good but it can be busy between 8 and 9 am. We had 5 in the room so on of the kid’s use the sofa bed, comfort is what you would expect of a sofa bed. Queen beds were pretty comfortable.

This hotel was very clean and secure. You have to swipe your room key to access the elevator. The kitchenette in the room was well stocked with dishes and utensils and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable the the room was very spacious. We had a playpen set up for our daughter to sleep in and she still had plenty of room to play.

I enjoyed the kitchenette and being able to fix some of my own meals. My only complaint was I didn't find the pillows comfortable. However, I use a special pillow at home that is too large to travel with, so it is somewhat expected that hotel pillows might not measure up.
