Fantastic stay!
I had a Continent Sky Room, knowing that I was at the end of a long trip and needed a comfortable place that had extras as I would likely be tired and not want to do much outside of the hotel. The sky benefits of this room and the room itself were excellent. The room was huge, awesome, and clean. The VIP lounge was great, as was breakfast and the rooftop pool. I will definetly stay here again if in Bangkok. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Its worth the extra money to get a room with the sky benefits.

Classey place to stay
I booked a room that was on the Sukhumvit side of the hotel. That being said it was kinda noisey. Sukhumvit is a very busy street and you also have the noise of the BTS too. It would help to get a room on the back side of the hotel. Other than that this is a really nice place to stay. Clean place, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. I only went to the restaurant on the 35th floor so i cant say anything about the other restaurants. I cant remember what it was called but the food on the 35th floor was really good. The pizza was great. Staff at The Continent Bangkok are very nice and helpful. They can get you a taxi within 2 minutes any time of the day. I would definitely recommend The Continent Bangkok. Even though it is a little noisey it was bulit in a very conveinent location. Close to the BTS!

Needs updating now. Great location
This was my second stay at the hotel. I like this area of Bangkok as it is easy to get to, great food and shopping, and both metro an skytrain right there. The hotel staff were great, as always. Housekeeping needs improvement. No slippers in the room. The carpet is well worn and needs cleaning and replacement. Bathroom showing considerable wear and they upgraded me....to a smaller room. Physically 3 meters bigger but a useless tub took up all that space and more. Thanks a lot! Comfortable bed, but the a/c was either on and cold or off. It had a Tstat but it DID NOT WORK. I had it set at 25 (80) and it was frigid. I shut it off and it’d be hot. I was on the 20th floor and could clearly hear the traffic, and I have severe hearing loss. This was without my hearing aids. Hot slow elevators. I looked at other reviews and saw a similar pattern. Wonderful staff. Hotel needs to be renovated and isn’t worth the money.

Nice compact hotel near the vice life
it is not the easiest place to find and several taxi drivers did not know where it was, so I had him drop me at corner of ASOKE & SUKHUMVIT then found it about 50 meters up the street. The main entrance has four stairs and wheelchair users enter through the housekeeping elevator by the laundry. The really need to replace those stairs with ramp. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, the room was high and quiet, shower was large, bed was comfortable. Good Thai restaurant on top floor. Short time joiner friendly.
