Staff are pleasant, pool was nice but rooms are a bit dated… shower had a fair amount of mould around the seals and need a really good scrub to clean it properly. The day before we left we had a note slid under the door asking that we leave the room clean and tidy with all cutlery and dishes cleaned or to put the dishwasher on before we go, i have no problem with this request however whoever stayed before us did not give us the same luxury as I actually had to clean nearly everything we used before we could use it as most of it was dirty. If you stay in “family” apartment like we did one of the rooms had a shutter blind door and window that looked into the kitchen area as the room didn’t have any windows to the outside, if you have young children you might want to rethink this if they have trouble sleeping as you can’t really do anything in common area of apartment as you will wake them up.

Well situated, with lovely surrounding views. Apartment was tidy and reasonably kept, but is showing signs of wear and tear. Apartment is very central and easy to get to Gold Coast entertainment sites. Definitely stay there again, and the front desk staff were lovely, they were very easy to engage with, and are definitely an asset to the apartment building.
