This was our second time staying at the Indigo New Orleans. It is a great location if you want to be more on the quiet side. Lots of great restaurants and shops walking distance. We booked a suite, which was great for our family of 4. The condition of the room was a bit dated, but that was fine with two babies. Everyone was friendly and attentive to any requests we had.

Great hotel! Only issue was the room we stayed in had close corners in the entrance. The door to the room could not open if the bathroom door was shut. Other than that it was a great stay, very friendly service.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing. However we requested a handicapped room. The walk in shower was enormous but dirty. And they had a toddler's toilet in the bathroom too, with no safety bars to hold onto. It was a struggle for my 75 year old mother to use it and she even twisted her knee one morning trying to get off of it. We were there for 5 nights. The Room attendant never vacuumed the rug. But she was sweet and gave us clean towels and tissue, when we asked.

This hotel was very clean with excellent customer service. No breakfast due to covid but they had a little market where you can buy things and it was a store right on the corner for more items. Next time I’ll be bringing my kids!
