Management failed to train its staff !!
The hotel made efforts to email asking for pre-arrival preferences which I gladly replied requesting for two rooms with queen bed on same floor at higher level on quiet location. A simple thing I thought, but front desk put one room on 45th and second on 15th next to elevator.
What don't they understand or am I not communicated properly? Go figure.
I must say they did rectified it and moved the second room to 45th floor after several follow up calls and email to Hotel.com on check in experience.
The location is good for my trip purpose and availability of restaurants at the building.
Room is clean, but linens are old and worn especially towels. Very basic stuff provided, hotel don't have rack for luggage.
Staff has good attitude and polite.
