The room was always house kept clean every day! The staff was extremely patient, kind, and helpful with our questions. The breakfast was great with a fusion of eastern and western dishes. There is something for everyone’s preferences. We also enjoyed the shaved ice shop across the street from the hotel and the ramen noodle shop together with 7/11 and Lawson 24-h convenient stores. This is a great place to stay for Haneda airport as they offer a first come first served shuttle service. Note that it is a small van with limited luggage but we saw one chap get his ski-ing equipment on! Hotel is in a good more local suburb of Tokyo and near 2 train stations so plenty of restaurants etc. Hotel itself is slightly dated but nice and clean.
