Resort with many activities, party town on wkend
The resort area is very big and has many restaurants, activities and a long shore line. Restaurant food quality was mediocre, we tried two restaurans in the resort area. Rooms are quite nice but the problem for us were VERY noisy neighbours. They played loud music until 4 a.m. on both nights we stayed there so could not sleep well. The rooms have no sound proofing whatsoever.

Resort amazing, could be cleaner
The resort is amazing, food is delicious and staff is friendly. The apartment was ok but there was some strange interstellar knocking sound in the bathroom. The apartment was clean but during our three night stay nobody came to change the towels and make up the room. The swimming pools could be a problem because you can enter the swimming pool without washing your feet.

Late birthday break
All the cleaners do is empty one bin each day, apart from waking you up 07.30-08.00 each day pushing trolleys past the window. Having not been to croatia before found most staff seemed miserable/unacommodating. End of season so places closed , low key entertainment, maybe consider an indoor venue there’s enough space there ! Miles from civilisation , felt like an open prison lol , ok if you have a car to escape or if you’re half board and not fussed about going out. Pillows break your neck , too big. Long way to sone rooms to carry luggage , if infirm or have any walking difficulties, stay clear ! No point celebrating a birthday there they don’t make a fuss , pay for everything! Even Mayo at the pizza restaurant!

The complex is unique in this area, but on the other hand, houses in fist raws would deserve re-construction. Also the queing in reception should have some rules and be better marked.

Stayed at Zaton one night in between travels, was fun for young kids as family friendly place on water and good food at on site restaurants. It is bit of a zoo as huge place , probably best to stay few few days with kids to enjoy all facilities .
