I had a great host. Easy check in. I’m so thankful that the apartment I had was kept nice and clean because the google reviews scared me. There are a lot of good vibes within walking distance. I was on the 38th floor great view and also had a view of the water as well. Over all I’ll give my stay a 9.5/10

Very good value for the price! Check-in process is a little different than a typical hotel, but host is super friendly. Be sure to follow the instructions and reach out 24hrs prior to ensure a smooth check-in. "Hotel room" (actually an apartment) was super clean and a nice quiet space in the hustle and bustle of Brickell.
