Willing to return.
Meraki Hotel: Staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with in English. If you select the street view, be aware that this street is very alive at night and people usually hang out until 4am. Taxi will charge you between 130,000 to 200,000 VND ($6 to $9) for a one way trip to and from airport.

Paid for in full for 4 nights and yet stayed for 2
After making my reservation for 4 nights for the deluxe/Junior-suite, I emailed the hotel immediately besides Hotel.com asking for a higher-up floor to lessen the noise level during the night since I'm a light sleeper; Hotel.com Rep. had also submitted my request on my behalf, and yet, at the time of checking-in, the staff at Bizu said there wasn't any of such request in their reservation system, I had to scramble through all my emails to show to those correspondences them, and of course, I still ended up with the room on the 2nd floor, so, there you to, street noise, loud music from the clubs, and a rooster as well right next door! On the following day, after complaining about those noises, they said they move me to room next-door (their sister hotel) when the higher up room is available. Anyway, I was so unhappy and decided to alter my itinerary and leave for my next destination given the fact that I paid for in full for 4 nights yet only stayed for 2! after checked in, I had to contact the staff to replace a burned out light-bulb!!! Hello!!! Is it what one should expect from paying more for the room! Kei the doorman was the sole highlight of my stay as in helpfulness! Thank you, Kei!!!

In the middle of the action
Location in the middle of the action, so quite noisy as it is next to a club. Double standard is two twins pushed together. We didn't get a window, even though this wasn't stated in the reservation. No hairdryer, then they gave one that didn't work, then a second one that only worked if you held the wire. AC worked well. Minimal hot water. Travel bookings at front desk more expensive than travel agencies. Good Italian restaurant across the street. No safe in the room.
