The line for check in was through the entire lobby. Took hours to check in.
clean, comfortable and in a good location.
There was confusion at the check in desks. There was a line but people coming later just cut it and those in the line had to wait longer. A better queueing system required!!
Very nice and friendly staff. There are 2 tram stations within 50m of the hotel and you can reach anywhere with them easily. However there are no restaurants closeby. Room and bathroom very clean. But room is small for 2 people. No place to put luggage and closet is very small. Breakfast is good. Hotel in good condition. Will stay again
Great place, very clean and amazing buffet breakfast! Just 5 minutes from city centre by Tram no.7! We had 2 interconnecting rooms for a family of 5!
It is an amzing hotel with a perfect location. Very easy to reach from the airport for €4,60 only. In walking distance from the ferry. The room was nice, the dpa and rooftop pool too.
Booked a room that clearly says sleeps 2 adults. The hotel charges a 25 Euro surcharge when 2 guests share the same room with 2 twin beds. No exceptions
Everything was great... location very good...had one problem at checkin when i went to the room there was blood on the bed sheets the hotel staff (Rose) changed it right away.
We were SO disappointed with our accommodations at this hotel. It’s really not worth the money AT ALL. This is not a holiday hotel, it’s really a business hotel which would cater best to business people whose require only overnight and very practical services and companies are footing the bill anyway. Just don’t stay here. First off, we booked a King size room with view and when we entered the room was tiny—and a Full (not even a Queen) size bed, let alone the King that they advertised and for which we’d paid. When I called the reception desk to inquire I was told that All the beds are the same size (!) I repeated this back to the agent several times and they confirmed this. They added that the change in price correlates to the “amenities and the view” so higher floors, for example, would cost more. The views are toward the water of the more industrial and less attractive part of the harbour. It’s nothing special. Amenities, basically are an electric tea kettle for tea, since the complimentary in room coffee that is offered at most hotels is non-existent and a stiff terry bathrobe. Room service has an additional charge of 12 eu. So, forget that. The service at the restaurant was slow, prices astronomical and food was meh. Stay elsewhere. There are at least a thousand better options in Helsinki.
Bright, airy, good breakfast and excellent staff service.
