Overpriced apartment rental
Horrible experience, office/apartment building with units spread all over, no front desk, limited hours for Checkin if you arrive outside Checkin range be prepared to wait outside the building for as long as they want, early checkout with nowhere to leave suitcases, poor finishes in the rooms.

This is an apartment, not a Hotel. That said, if you are looking for a central Milan location, a kitchenette, and a clean room this is suitable. Guiseppe was very accommodating in arranging transportation from the airport, and is available for questions although others who tried to reach us were informed that we were not guests. Be wary of noise eminenting from the street performers below. On our last night, an impromptu classical dance was held in the pavilion across the way, we were serenaded with beautiful music till midnight. All and all, a good place to rest and recover close to the Duomo!

modern apt one block from Duomo
Our second floor apt was very up to date, comfortable bed, WIFI, nespresso machine (if you have capsules with you, as I did), overlooking main shopping street and leads into Duomo plaza. I picked it because we arrived late and left early the next day, so I wanted to share the Duomo area with my partner (late dinner is no problem in Italy). I had the hotel arrange a driver to take us to the apt buldling, which is a good idea because it is in a maze of pedestrian only streets (how the driver got to within 1 block I dont know - when we left we walked down the shoipping street until we reached the first main cross street, where there was a taxi stand. There is also a metro station about 2 blocks toward the Duomo, if you have light luggage. I do not think you could easily find this place without help, or without a cellphone to call for assistance. The manager recommedned dinner at the Novocento museum - great view of plaza and great food. Perfect romantic night in Milan.

Great location
This vacation I decided not to stay at hotels but rather find something a bit more comfortable since I was traveling with my elderly Mother. I wanted something close to the Duomo and this looked like a nice place. I have to say the apartment was very nice, it was a 3 minute walk to the Duomo, it was very clean and had daily maid service. We stayed on the second floor facing the enclosed shopping so at times it was a bit noisy, but it was a great location. We arrived early (6:30am) and we had arranged through the Duomo Suites to be picked up at the airport which was great (90euros). We got to the place early so we had to wait a little for Giuseppe to arrive (check in time is at 2pm but he let us in around 11:30). It was cold and unfortunately there is no reception or sitting or waiting area and the doorman is not the friendliest person in town but after we were in the apartment all went well. Giuseppe was wonderful arranging transportation and suggesting restaurants. If you don't mind not having a front desk like at a hotel and having an unfriendly doorman, the place is great. And you will actually be dealing with Giuseppe so you will enjoy your stay.

Great location, but very loud
Tthere is no main lobby. Call Giuseppe on the main number and coordinate check in with him. We arrived early (10am) and he held onto our luggage and had them placed into the apartment until it was cleaned and ready for us. It's in a prime location near the cathedral & metro stops. The apartment is clean and all IKEA, with lots of windows and nice blackout blinds. It's spacious, however very sparsely furnished with spartan decor; not even an alarm clock or kitchen towel. The bed is very, very firm. The bathroom is decently spacious for Europe, with L'occitane products & a rain head shower. There's central radiator heating and two overhead AC/heating units that you can control with a remote; also decent. There are 2 big negatives: noise and smoky towels. You can hear all the noise from the Corso Vittorio Emmanuelle from tourists & street performers. They all leave late at night, but then in the early morning you get maintenance traffic (garbage trucks, hotel deliveries, etc). Earplugs are a must to sleep and even then it's tough. Secondly, the fresh towels are clean, but smell like cigarettes. It's like the staff smoke in the storage closet so the clean towels absorb all the cigarette smell. It's quite disturbing to wipe your face and smell cigarettes. Won't be staying here again because of these two issues.
