No elevator...at that price and no warning about this in the advertising...I was put on third floor and all my pleas to change to lower floor were rejected...staff are all women...

NIce affordable spot in a great location.
Really liked this place. Great neighborhood. Staff doesn't speak much english FYI. The rooms and hotel were very clean and beds comfortable. Easy walking into the city sites. Breakfast was typical of Chilean breakfasts. I would certainly go back for the price and location.

Great place for the price and access to Santiago
Hotel Vegas is great! Clean, comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast (though the bacon should be a lot crispier), and most of all easy access to Santiago centro, the metro, and Cerro Santa Lucia.

Historic oasis
This hotel is in a historic neighborhood but ideally located near a Main Street and metro station. We could easily explore the bustling city on foot and come back to this quiet oasis. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful despite the fact that they spoke little English. On check out day they stored our bags for the afternoon and hired a car for us to get to the airport at no extra charge. The room and included breakfast was basic but adaquate. I would definitely stay here again when in Santiago.

good hotel in historic area
near the metro and bus system. some rooms nicer than others. We moved to a front room with windows on the street, which was always quiet. weekdays there is a nice cafe nearby. nice breakfast included; good wi fi.
