This is the worst hotel ever. The pictures look nothing like reality. The rooms are super tiny and super dirty. the amenities are horrible. No coffee/kettle in the room. the remote for the TV didn't work. The body wash was empty. the house keeping came in, dropped some towels and that's it. they didn't clean or straighten up the place. they didn't change the sheets or the shampoo bottles. When we requested shampoo, we were given body wash and told it was okay to use it on the hair as well. The bathroom is DISGUSTING. the towels were DIRTY, one of them had a nail on it. the elevator was so small it didn't fit me and my bag. The wallpaper in the room was torn off in some spots. the floor was so dirty. the lamps in the room were horrible. one of them didn't work and the other one didn't even have a light bulb in it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

There was a bedbug manifestation in the room we initially stayed in. We asked for a refund but they refused. We did not want a complimentary breakfast. All we wanted was our money back because to have 4/6 bedbugs in a room is unacceptable. And the response from their email stating “ This plague affects all types of establishments - from the Palace to the unclassified Hotel through your home or that of your neighbour. For information, it is the customers themselves who bring back in their belongings all kinds of critters from all over the world and this is unfortunately a problem / risk inherent in the tourist activity which must be aware of during any trip / stay.” it is just poor from them.
