They have canceled my booking
They had canceled our booking and stated that there was a price difference, which I was already paid 1516rs around. They charged me extra 1250 rs for asking to arrange for other room, they said they had conveyed the cancellation message after almost few days of booking, which I didn’t recognised and they pointed all the blame over me. Hotel is good but they do these stuff and charge the people which is totally not agreeable. I am not at all satisfied with the deal.

Hotel was good. However, kitchen get closed at 11 p.m. So,when I requested for some food for dinner at 11p.m, they refused.

basic business hotel..
I have mixed reactions for this place.. I like the hotel but felt is is over priced. Conveniently located but in a crowded area.. Clean hotel but not so clean surroundings.. At this price point you could get better options in the vicinity if the station, good eating joints (specially Sarvana Bhavan for their southern fare and Annapurna for authentic Bengali cuisine) and to get a feel of Chennai's underbelly then it makes sense to stay here.

エグモア駅利用のため、利用しました。スタッフは気さくで親切で、こじんまりしたロビーも掃除が行き届いていました。部屋は掃除されていますが、シャワーのお湯が出る時間を確認しないと、水しかでない時もあります。朝6時半過ぎではまだお水しかでず、7時以降にお湯が出ていました。(インドでお湯が出るチャンスに出合えるだけで幸運ですが)表通りに面した3階の部屋だったので、12時過ぎまで向かいのレストランが大賑わいで騒音がひどく、朝も5時過ぎから車のクラクションなどの騒音がひどかったです。表通りに面していない部屋は比較的静かだったそうです。朝食はビュッフェスタイルでフレッシュジュースもあり、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。夕食をとれるレストランもあり、感じの良いスタッフに満足しました。
