Short stay for EuroStar trip
Stayed at this hotel only because of its proximity to the train to Paris. We were not looking for much and that is what we got. The room was noisy and too warm. Not bad considering the price.

Ok place to rest your head at night.
Stayed 2 nights in this hotel cos it's right by st pancras train station, as we were going to Paris for the day. We had to pay for wifi. The continental breakfast was horrendous. There was a very very bad smell of sewage in our bathroom. We kept the AC on as it was very hot and it kept the smell at bay. The room was small but all refurbished. Brand new bathroom w a great shower. It's a travelers hotel, not a place to sit around and relax in. It suited us for the 2 nights

No-frills, no worries
Pretty no-frills hotel but it was clean and well-located so good place to rest for a night or two.

OK hotel near Kings Cross
OK hotel convenient to Kings Cross St. Pancras. Nice staff. Not the best location and small rooms. (Although nicely updated).

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. It is not a three star hotel, and not even sure it is a one star hotel. The room didn't have a closet or wardrobe, just a cubby hole with hangers. The cubby was so short I couldn't even hang up my sport coat because the bottom 12 inches just bunched on the floor of the cubby. Pants? no chance to hang up. There was a "desk" that had wires running over it to the hair dryer. Wires were hard wired in, so you couldn't move it. Therefore, the desk was unusable too. The bed was a metal frame with a net held with trampoline springs for the box spring. Therefore, every time you rolled over in bed, the sheets would tangle on the spring hooks and rip the sheets. The shower head did not function properly, and water basically came out of the connection from the pipe to the shower head, so you had to shower out of a water pipe leak, but both showers I took, the water would just shut completely off by itself for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, the bathroom stunk so bad I had to keep the door shut, the fan going 100% of the time, and the window open. I would not stay there again for ANY reason.
