Good hotel. Room was small but clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was nice. Many places to eat nearby. 5 min walk to cruise port which was most important for us. Would stay again for the convenience.

Perfect hotel for what we needed. Friendly and attentive staff. My only complaint (which I also mentioned upon checking out) was the noisy air conditioner. Good breakfast and accessible to Times Square and the port by walking.

Requested city view, however we were on the first floor and didn’t have access to city view. Room was okay, restroom was noticeably dirty, could use some strong scrubbing.

The rooms are extremely tiny, but I loved the location. It was a quick walk, bike ride or subway to all that we wanted to see while we were in NYC. The lemon ice water in the lobby was so good I started making it at home.

10/10 Exceptional

The rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good enough, especially considering the reasonable cost of the rooms. Even though the rooms were dated, the perfect location, staff and complimentary breakfast made up for it.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel is several blocks west of Broadway, but that made it a lot quieter at night. The staff was great, the room was very clean, and AC worked well. I would suggest that the breakfast area be expanded or adjusted a bit, as it was very difficult for more than a couple of people to be in the area at the same time. Overall, great value and great hotel.
