Overall Great But Needs Serious Tech Upgrade
Overall excellent but a serious upgrade in tech is needed. TVs are not HD and there are no USB ports in the rooms for charging (only outdated ports for iPods). Carpet in sitting area between lobby and Glenn's Cafe is filthy and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Still would return though.

Broken shades, dirty carpet & unjustifiably costly
My blinds leading out to the patio were broken. Also, charging $50 just to open a door to go out to the patio is ridiculous. You’re not offering a penthouse level/access in Manhattan. You’re a renovated hotel in Columbia, MO. I expected more common sense in this respect. Regarding the room itself, it didn’t appeared vacuumed since there was grit/gravel on the carpet. I’m addition, I only had 1 partial roll of toilet paper. I think you know this is unacceptably considering the type of hotel you claim to be along with the cost charged. Finally, the tavern downstairs doesn’t have any change! Seriously? All they had was bills and gave me the excuse that all their drinks come to even dollar amounts and that’s why they don’t have change. That’s cute. Also, the last time I paid $18 for valet service I was in San Diego, CA with ocean views. I’m incredulous to believe anyone would find the quality or class of this hotel deserving enough to charge $18 for valet service. The only redeeming, noteworthy positive experience was the front desk person shown in the picture. She said she has worked there for 2 years and was personable and friendly. I wish her well and hope you become an employer worthy of someone with her customer skills.

Arrived to no room.
Arrived from California and they could not locate my reservation and so I had no room to stay in for the weekend.

Can’t be beat!
Unbeatable location, attentive staff, and clean, spacious room all added up to a wonderful weekend in the heart of downtown Columbia.
