Mattresses must be replaced, otherwise nice place
My wife and I stayed at the hotel for three nights while visiting Rome. If you enjoy exploring cities by foot you will find the hotel to be perfectly situated for access to many major sites, good dining and public transportation. Also the hotel staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was all you would need to get your day off to a good start. Unfortunately the hotel has not invested in proper mattresses and the staff were accustomed to hearing from customers that the beds/mattresses were not flat. We informed hotel staff immediately after check in that the two mattresses were not flat (one was concave the other was tilted to the point that one would feel as though they were being pushed off the bed). The staff informed us that they would attempt to resolve the problem while we were out to dinner - unfortunately no repair was made when we returned four hours later. On day two we informed the staff again of our concerns with the bed and one of the staff members laid in the bed to get a sense of the problem. The staff member apologized and said that she would offer to move us to another room; however, she could not guarantee that the mattress problem would not also be present in any of their other rooms. That night we had to place decorative bed pillows under the mattress in an attempt to correct the slanted mattress and keep from falling off the bed. Unfortunately I cannot recommend that anyone book a room here due to the issues with the mattresses - specifically.

Wifi was not great and the beds were a bit too hard for my liking.

Good hotel but indifferent staff :(
The front desk staff seemed to be indifferent. There were a flight of stairs leading to the bottom floor but not lift. Luckily our room was on the same floor but no lobby at the entrance. The kitchen staff was very good and prompt with their service. The hotel provided my husband and I with a surprise for our anniversary which was much appreciated. The location is good with the central station nearby and prime tourist attractions within walking distance. However, too near the station also makes it quite crowded and a little down market. If convenience is a priority over a posh location, this place is ideal. The mini bar was not refilled each day. The tariff and city tax is charged each day but 2 bottles of water and 2 cans of soda would not be refilled in the mini bar no matter how long you stay. Seemed unfair. Overall the hotel had a fresh feeling and the breakfast was good.

I'll stick with Airbnb
Check in time was long. Only one person working desk. The main problem was with the room. The temperature was very high and uncomfortable. Opened window but it was so loud and noisy it was impossible to get any sleep.
