Tried to enter the hotel and the door was locked and boarded shut. Called 4 different phone numbers relating to BreakFree and NO ONE answered. We were stuck in the city with no accommodation and had to book somewhere else. Absolute joke.

Good sized rooms with all basic amenities. Brilliant location- easy walk to Darling Harbour attractions but great soundproofing so not disturbed by neighbours or from bars and restaurants in close proximity. Aircon and heating worked well. Could do with some redecorating or new carpets. Bathroom have had a recent upgrade but in need of a good scrub esp in and around shower where mould visible

Blood stains on the doner and on the floor and on the bed sheets, black mold under and on top of the shower waterproofing. Partner spoken to in a disgusting manner. Direct to the wrong carpark amd had to pay extra 100 dollars. Room was not disinfected before we stayed.

Friendly staff, good location Disliked that the rooms werent serviced we asked for the toilet paper daily. Their was a smell in the room, stuffy and couldnt open windows. The doona was dirty like someone must have eaten and tipped food on the doona.
