    Modern and clean hotel.
This is my first stay at this hotel. I stayed one night. The hotel is modern and clean. The first floor has the concierge desk and they notify you the check-in counter is on the 36th floor. I booked the Blissful Zone room (a regular room) with two twin beds. In my opinion, the room is small, there isn't much room to walk around once you have your luggage in there. The bathroom is small and there is no bathtub, only a shower stall. The shower stall has a neat way of draining water because you cannot see the drainhole, instead the water drains through thin gaps in the wood-composite (or wood-textured synthetic) floor. I booked this hotel during a trade show in Hong Kong and understandably, the prices are higher. For the price I paid (about $152 USD), I would say it was not a good value (however, I am satisfied with my one night stay). I would stay here again, and if I were to book during non-peak demand prices, this hotel would be a very good value in my opinion. This hotel does not have multiple ways to get to the airport compared to other areas of Hong Kong. For example, there is no airport shuttle bus nearby. You can take a taxi (about 300-350 HKD) direct to the airport. Otherwise the other option is take a bus. Another option is to walk to the nearby MTR station (Kwun Tong or Ngau Tai Kok) about 10-15 minute walk. I didn't spend any time in walking or sightseeing in the area, and locals told me there aren't many attractions.

Very good stay for a comfort-seeking traveler
This hotel is very comfortable for Hong Kong. We checked in late so we got upgraded to a large room, but any room with a King Bed is probably large, due to the location of the hotel. Most hotels rooms for a similar price in Hong Kong will be extremely small and lacking in comfort. I have stayed at a number of places with hard beds, no hot water, poor customer service (especially for non-Chinese speakers), and no space to walk around for a similar price. Those hotels are located in better locations for walking to attractions (Mong Kok, Prince Edward, Tsim Sha Tsui, Wan Chai, Central), but maybe not worth it considering how convenient the MTR (Rail public transit) is from this hotel. You can reach the MTR in a 5 minute walk, and take the train into Tsim Sha Tsui within a half hour for around 8 HKD ($1 USD). As for the local area, it is very industrial and there aren't many tourist attractions. If you don't speak Chinese (like me), you'll have a hard time getting local food, unless you know what to eat, or have a Cantonese speaking friend. If you do find that friend, you'll find some great local food just down the street across from apm, a mall you should also check out if you stay here. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, and I am likely to return for another stay. The fitness facilities are fantastic, with free coffee and tea and a panoramic view of the city, and I want to check out the pool when it is open next summer.

Terrific place and great value for the money
This was an excellent value, and we would definitely stay again. We loved the hotel itself. The rooms are very nice and spacious by Hong Kong standards and had some nice views. We are sensitive to cigarette smoke and encountered no issues, which was a huge plus for us. The staff was lovely - very helpful and responsive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great balance of Western and Asian options. We were able to store our luggage between checkout and leaving for airport, which was great. Would have been nice to know before booking that the outdoor pool was closed for the season; though it was a disappointment, it didn't materially affect our experience, but please do update the listing to reflect this. We had two adjoining rooms, which worked out great. One minor suggestion to the hotel is to switch out the spring-loaded hinges (or whatever they are) on the doors that connect the two rooms and on closet doors. These are inconvenient for guests. It would also be nice to have more lighting in the rooms - They are a bit dimly lit. Otherwise, we couldn't have been happier. Definitely recommend. This hotel is not in a touristy area. You definitely get a sense of the local life. It's somewhat industrial and mildly "gritty" in atmosphere, though in transition. And it's right next to a large shopping mall and close to a subway station.

    A centipede
The front desk lady who checked me in, she was rude. I reserved a non-smoking room, she put me in a smoking room. 2Nd night, my room has a 2 inches long centipede. I called them to change room, they put me in a much smaller room.
