Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town!
We really enjoyed this hotel! It was right in the heart of the old town, accessible to great restaurants, shopping, and tourist activities. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location
Hotel is in a fabulous location and breakfast was great. Room wasn’t great. Once side of double against window. Bathroom with see through glass and a curtain was odd. Just felt like it was trying to be trendy but the design of the room wasn’t functional. Also torn curtain. Bed was comfy though.

The location is fantastic. Staff very friendly. We had weak to no wifi which was not fixed. A/C did not work properly which was never addressed. Luckily the weather cooled off. Staff were friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed at times (goes with the times unfortunately). Coffee cups, wine glasses not cleaned up. Not a big deal but a 4 star place should do better

Very good location! The reception women were very nice and helpful. The rooms a little dated, especially the well-used purple carpet and horrible old sofa couch. Many small bars and restaurants very close. The hotel bar was small tables mainly outside, because the weather was nice, the problem with that is that most people smoked, and we don’t like to smell cigarette smoke especially while dining. We did eat one dinner inside the hotel, and the food was fine, but not great. Our best meal was at Ta Bar just a block or so away. We also had a nice dinner up at the castle (Gostilna Na Gradu 2000) and a very nice lunch at the sister restaurant in the castle at Lake Bled, with a view of the lake. Makalonca is a nice bar on the river. We loved Ljubljana and Slovenia!
