Everest Rio, Rio de Janeiro
The location is great, one block from the best beach and walking distance to great restaurants. The room was a little dated, but clean, and the staff was friendly and nice.

Great location!
The Everest Rio has a wonderful location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. It is located in a residential neighborhood that is peaceful and close to many restaurants, bars and shops. Staff was helpful. I'd definitely consider staying again.

Hotel is stuck in the 1970s
The room they put me in was old and smelled of urine no matter how many times the maids cleaned the bathroom. The bathroom was creepy with brown toilets and terrible lighting. Overall the hotel needs major renovations but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also they don’t offer great cable or provide you with an iron to press your clothes.

great hotel in. great location
I was very happy with the staff, restaurant, the view of Rio from the roof, and easy waking to the beach and Ipanema restaurants.
