Amazing hotel!
Really happy that my sister and I stayed here! The room we were originally given was clean and comfortable. There was a fault in the air conditioning in our room during our stay but the staff dealt with the matter quickly and professionally. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really tasty too! Watching the beautiful sunset from the rooftop pool was an extra special experience and so worth our time spent in the pool. Overall, really happy with our stay and would definitely come back if we visit Kota Kinabalu again. Thank you!

Huge disappointment
I booked for 2 Bedroom Apt for 2 nights, I was promised a bigger room at a high rise floor. But the cleaning was taking time and we can't wait due to other activity, we decided to take the offer to check in into a smaller room. And the reception said, we will be offered a bigger room after we came back from our cruise. But it was an empty promise. They did not attend that request and we slept the following night in the same room. The rooms seem clean but the pillow was smelly, the phone was out of service. The receptionist was polite but they don't accept your request. They just listen but didn't take any action.
