We can't say enough about Porto Fira. The service was amazing and everyone who worked there was super kind and accommodating. Angela, who worked the front desk, booked everything from dinner reservations (which isn't overly necessary unless you want a very specific place at a specific time just because there are SO many options) to excursions (highly recommend the boat cruise and scuba diving, as well as renting an ATV to wander the island!). The rooms are lovely and the view is stunning from no matter where. There are a lot of steps, but this is very normal for Santorini as it's built into the side of a cliff. Not too many places in Fira or Oia that don't have steps but have that view! Porters are amazing and somehow carried our two suitcases (100lbs) up and down all the stairs while we struggled to carry ourselves lol All-in-all, highly recommend! We would love to go back.

All of the staff were great and helpful. The room was clean when we arrived and it was kept clean throughout our stay. We really cannot say anything about this facility. When we return to Santorini, we are definitely going to stay here. I want to say thank you to all the staff at Porta Fira for making our vacation memorable and enjoyable! We also love the bartender Dionisis, the cocktails were good and the food was good!
