Thiefs
The breakfast was not a breakfast... for breakfast you can choose from 2 kinds of cereal but there was no milk, some old biscuits and some jam, no butter or something else... all of these was self serving from the kitchen. The coffee machine broke after 2 days and nobody fix it for 1 week. There was just 2 tea bag. The owner asked for the city tax more money, and when we ask for the bill she returns us 10 Euro.

Good choice if location suits
Very nice, reasonably priced b&b, clean room with separate private bathroom. A bit far out of the center of Rome , and I was not there long enough to sort out public transportation

Rome on a Budget
Giada was a gracious host and the property was just what we needed. If you're travelling to Rome on a budget, I would highly recommend. The private bathroom being separated from the room itself was a bit inconvenient but, luckily, there weren't many other families staying there during our time. All worked out great! I would definitely come back.

On the Gianicolo
The host was very accomodating, eager to help with airport taxi. The B&B is nearby to the American Academy which was convenient for me. There is a wonderful 450 acre park very close by for morning walks, runs, or letting dogs run. Lots of fountains and statues, and even a very nice cafe there. Bamboo exceeded my expectation, especially at the price. I would return.

Perfection. A little far away from the Vatican but transportation was in walking distance.
