8/10 Very good

Amazing views!
Didn't spend much time in the room, but the bed was clean and bathroom pretty clean. There were many dead flies and other bugs in the window sills and floor, but being a ranch, we just chalked it up to rustic conditions. The views of the Tetons were awesome! With no TV in the room, it was really quiet, but the Wi-Fi helped.

8/10 Very good

Food quality at diner was excellent but very pricey. Walls in room were paper thin, could hear other guests conversation clearly. No TV. Hall outside of door had cobwebs and dirt in it and some dirt on floor in room. For price of room compared to a hotel, just expected more. Ok but probably would not stay here again.

6/10 Good

The room was Clean, Modern, and Quiet. However, the rest of the area seemed rather a hap hazard and disorganized. I would not recommend eating at the grill. Costly, I had health concerns about women coming out of the kitchen with long fly-away hair and the smell of horse stalls with muddy boots on.

Ok place to stay for visiting Grand Teton
Ok place to stay for visiting Grand Teton, which is only a few minutes away. Room was Spacious and the beds were comfortable. No heating or AC, but plenty of thick blankets. There was a fireplace in the room but it didn’t look like you could use it. The room was not clean in the standard we expected. The top of the bed frame was dusty and it couldn’t have been cleaned for a while. There were no soup for washing hands, you had to take body wash from the shower and there was plenty of hair from previous guests in the shower and the shower drain. No microwave, refrigerator or bin in the room, besides in the bathroom. The biggest downside is that the walls are very thin. I think they just put doors between the different rooms without actually separate the rooms properly. I could hear the people who stayed in the room next to us very clearly. It felt like they were in the same room. You could even here when they went for the bathroom and if they did number one or two…

So amazing
Very cowboy rustic. Authenticly western. Not ADA friendly. You really need to watch where you are walking. The people are tough. No frills. Be open to the experience and you will love it. The location is amazing! The views are unbelievable. Is it expensive? Yes. It's beyond rural! Of course it's expensive. But the food is good. I highly recommend it for people who want a unique experience.

2/10 Poor

The room was disgusting. No fireplace as described and the hotel manager blamed it on and said they don’t even have accurate pictures up. No coffee in room or in store area. One raggedy restaurant/bar that was also dirty and overpriced. You can’t even us you’r your own coffee pot in the room they say because of the very old electrical but if you want coffee from then you can buy one for five dollars. The only reason we stayed was because there was no where else with a vacancy in the area! I am adding current real photos from my stay. I will take this up with and dispute the room charge with my CC company!

4/10 Fair

Big mistake
I wanted something close to Yellowstone as we were seeing the Grand Tetons too. Very limited choices if you're not camping. Check in started out bad. The person was so rude. When I asked about amenities like a fridge, microwave, or ice he told me it was a ranch. No ice machine or ice to buy. They let me put small icepacks in the bar. The check in area was dirty with a few overpriced items. The room was tiny. About 2-3 feet on each side of the bed with one tiny wooden chair. There were 2 blankets on the bed. Who knows when they were washed last. Floor and bathroom fairly clean. The ceiling fan was filthy and cob webs were hanging down. Glad I didn't need to turn it on. The reviews about food said it was poor and the people staying next to us said it was awful. I had brought food in a cooler for breakfast and snacks. I went to the restaurant at breakfast with a 12 oz coffee mug. I was told it would be $5.00 for a cup of hot water. ( I didn't buy the water. Reasonable convenient store at signal mountain lodge) Also she couldn't find the ice pack. I returned at the end of the day and the woman who had put my ice packs in the freezer said they were gone. Some other workers were there. No one seemed concerned with good service. It is a ranch so the drive ways were very dusty with lots of horse manure .
