Great O/N stay
This was my second time staying here. The bathroom could have used a nice deeper clean, yet everything was still great. The hotel was in in a convenient location for what our plans were, and just a few blocks walking to little Italy for the night. Would recommend this hotel.

Bring a Sweater, Nyquil and a Roll of Tape.
What I liked: -the fact that Michael (front desk) had everything to go when I arrived late. -the rooms was nice and adequate for 1 person. What I didn't like - the inability to adjust the temperature in the room. After several calls to Michael at the front desk, and speaking with him the following day, the room still GUSHED cold air which developed into a cold for me. As a speaker/trainer, I can't have cold air gushing through the room because it affects my vocal cords besides the fact that it's uncomfortable. To rectify the problem, that was ignored (please read the other reviews that state the same situation) I had to go out and purchase a roll of tape and tape paper onto the vents to stop the flow. I arrived at 1 am, so I couldn't leave the hotel to find another one. Also, the neighboring hotels were now twice and three times the rate. I had another reservation the following week, which I promptly canceled. They don't care. So I don't care to be there.

Not too comfortable stay in Chinatown NYC
My boyfriend and I wanted a quick getaway for our anniversary. The area of the hotel was normal for NYC I didn’t expect much. When arriving at the hotel the lobby was nice kind of plain. Once we reached the room it was tiny but expected it is NY. The only complaint I have on the room was they only gave us 2 pillows that were flat as ever. We had to requests for more which took forever for them to bring us when we asked for them at the front desk. The air conditioned was kind of weird. One night I got too cold so we turned it off. Then I got hot again so we turned it on. It didn’t turn back on for another 4 hours. Didn’t like that at all. The location was okay not too far from Times Square or Harlem. If you want something in your budget stay there if not find another hotel

Tiny Room, big Prices
The on line picture had nothing to do with the room I stayed in which was so small, it gave me a panic attack. Great neighborhood and right on top of the subway.
