Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. It is a quick enough walk or tram ride to the city center, but far enough away so the area is very quiet at night. The room is small, but that's what you should expect for Amsterdam. I didn't try the breakfast but the all-day coffee was very nice! Very helpful at the reception desk. Will definitely stay there again!

Exceptional 10.0
Great location for what we were visiting for. We didn't stay much in the room because we were out and about exploring the city. Perfect to grab a coffee across the street at Starbucks. Stache on the corner for quick snacks. Plenty of restaurants around to grab a bite. Easy to hop on a tram from this location. Walking distance to several hotspots! Not to much noise for it being close to a bar etc.

Exceptional 10.0
Very nice location, not on one of the extremely crowded streets but close to most attractions. Very nice location for visits to the museum district

Good and not so good
Very thin walls with no sound insulation. Our room was next to the elevator. We could hear conversations in the elevator and hallway. Neighbors in next room gave us new conversations to listen to. That said hotel is in good location. SMALL rooms but that seems to be the norm in hotels in this price range in Europe. We paid for breakfast one day and it was good. Decent selection and tasty food. But don’t wait till last hour as restaurant ran out of items and didn’t replace them for us.

A Bit Disappointed
Our toilet started running on the second night of the stay, the staff was less than helpful and we had to sleep with it running the whole night since “all the other rooms were booked” which made for an annoying nights rest. Other than that the stay was lovely, clean rooms, great area!
