clean, comfortable place to stay
We had a good stay at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The woman running the breakfast area was really great. My daughter has a lactose problem and she went out of her way to make her some eggs without any cheese in them. The woman that checked us in was very personable. The girl that was there in the morning was apparently having a bad day. I had to ask her for more half-n-half for the coffee bar. She never smiled or spoke to me, just stared at me while I spoke. She did immediately get the creamer, though. A few minutes later, I noticed that another guest had spilled coffee all over the floor. It was near the front desk, so I told her about it. She just looked down at her desk and muttered "Of course, they did" under her breath. No smile, no thanks, nothing. She did immediately go over and clean it up, though. I don't know. Maybe she was just having a bad morning. She did her job, just seemed quite annoyed that there were actually people there interrupting her day. When I turned my keys in an hour later, she did smile when she took them from me. (Ha, ha! Maybe she was happy to see me go! :) ) Anyway, with the exception of the front desk in the morning, everyone there was very friendly and attentive to everyone. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone that needed a comfortable place to sleep for the night.

OVER EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I HAVE TRAVELED MANY TIMES IN THE PAST, AND NEVER STAYED WHERE I FELT SO SPECIAL AND TREATED LIKE A V.I.P. FROM DIANNE (THE LADY THAT WORKS IN THE KITCHEN PREPARING BREAKFAST. SHE IS SO INCREDIBLY LOVING . RUSH TO MAKE MORE OATMEAL FOR MY COUSIN. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND ALL FRESH WITH A LOT TO CHOOSE FROM. FOR ALL TASTE BUDS. AND MS. LEAH CRELLEY GUEST SERVICE MANAGER AND MS. SIERAH O'BRIEN THE GENERAL MANAGER ARE THE BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL,SWEET AND FRIENDLY I'VE EVER MET. ALL THE STAFF MADE SURE ALL WENT WELL FOR US. I GOT A MIGRAINE AND LEAH IMMEDIATELY WENT LOOKING FOR GINGSENG TEA FOR ME. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK , NEXT DAY ASKING ME HOW I WAS DOING WITH THE MIGRAINE HEADACHE. ALL THE STAFF WHERE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, CARING. THE HOTEL BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, ROOM NICE AND CLEAN, WITH ALL I NEEDED. FROM FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE TO GETTING EXTRA SOAP THAT I ASK FOR ETC. ASSISTING US ON DIRECTIONS WHERE TO VISIT. NO MATTER HOW BUSY THEY WOULD BE, THEY STOP AND ASSIST US, WITH WHATEVER THEY COULD HELP US WITH. I GIVE THEM IF I COULD A 20 STAR RATING !!!! AND TAKE THIS HOTEL WITH STAFF WHERE EVER I WOULD TRAVEL L.O.L. HONESTLY

I booked a month ago via expedia and paid upon booking. When I checked in they tried to bill me again. Claiming something about the card that expedia provided them was declined. I am lucky I got an alert about the charge and was able to check. I guess if I hadn't they would have just charged me double. I am pretty sure they remedied the situation but this leaves a sour taste in my mouth when I'm trying to enjoy my vacation. They also had a broken elevator for 1 day and didn't air condition the hallways (the housekeepers were saying it was tough for them to work like that). Other than that, I was happy with the stay and the staff was friendly and helpful with resolving issues.

Nice hotel
Our checkin was very nice and helpful. Our room as very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Now for the not so good things. The air conditioner is loud and hard to sleep because of the noise. The refrigerator did not get cold and so we couldn’t purchase things to put in it. The beds were very squeaky so if you toss and turn before falling asleep you can’t get to sleep because of the squeaking. The pool water was very cold too. We did not complain to the front desk because we were only there for a few days and we were already unpacked so we let it go. We also have had other experiences at other hotels and usually when they move you to another room (if they do) it isn’t much better and could be worse. To be fair we have stayed at Hampton Hotels in the past and we were very happy.

Great hotel
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is close to downtown Seneca Falls and also to the casino and thruway. The only 2 negatives i can say is when we arrived we asked if there were any jaccuzi suites available to upgrade to and the lady at the desk said they do not have any jaccuzi suites in the hotel. Having that option for customers would be nice. The other negative which is absoutely no fault to the hotel is our view out our window was of the local landfill. Not the prettiest thing to wake up to! You also have to pass by it to get to the hotel from the 90 and it of course smells bad. Other than those 2 little things our stay was great! Thank you!
