Refrigerator in room did not work good and had many issues with room and had to get maintenance to fix while we were there. Wait staff and personnel are very helpful and friendly. Food at hotel is over priced but very good. Do not use hotel agency to book tours they over charge. Get with locals and you get a much better price.

Lovely hotel, a little dated.
A super nice hotel, but the rooms are a little dated...it was really noisy in the early hours due to very little sound proofing and the shower sprayer and knob were broken. Also, there is not an ATM in the hotel. Other than that, the service was perfect, the food delicious, and the view amazing.
