Nice hotel in Nashville
Hotel was in a great location, safe and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Only bad was not enough baggage carts to use when everyone is checking out on Sunday and having to pay extra for parking.

Good location, everything else was not good
The AC was terrible, either very hot or very cold. The fridge seemed to be working so we used it and placed food in it, then it turns out that it was just making noise but not actually working, the food was ruined. The reception employee 'Matt', on check out asked me if i enjoyed my stay, i said no, he smiled, said sorry to hear that and just moved on, didn't even bother what was wrong.

Very disappointed
We always love home2suites. We stay in them everywhere we go and have never had an issue. We are honors members due to staying so often. However, we were very disappointed with this stay. We had to park on-site, which meant a large valet parking additional fee. I’m not a fan of valet parking but I understand in cities it is sometimes required. However, my car was never moved during my stay. It remained in the parking spot where we unloaded the car and left the keys for the valet. A few hours after checking in, I went down and asked them to lock my car until they got around to parking it in the parking garage. I had to wait and ask again before he got my keys out and locked it. Anyone could have gotten in my car during this time and stolen items. I finally had it locked but yet it still was never moved into the paid parking garage. At checkout, I was charged for valet parking. We had several other areas that this hotel was not up to par for home2suites. The breakfast was slim and not refilled even though a large group of teens came through and took a large amount of it. Every other location I have been at has kept everything filled until breakfast was over. The pillows were also very thin and not comfortable at all. No firepit outside or games like in other locations. We have stayed at the location in Downtown Nashville and it was amazing and up to par with every other location. I am not sure about the differences with this one but we will not be returning to this locatJon.

Disappointed
On day number three or four of my six day stay I requested housekeeping service. Rather than giving me housekeeping I returned my room with a bag hanging from the door knob with some towels in it. What I wanted was to have the trash emptied and some other cursory things done. i’d also like to add that the valet parking service was horrid.
